We value our customers

Dear editor,
THIS is in response to the letter of Ms. Fareeza Haniff, “Horrifying experience in Ultrasound Dept. at Eureka Lab,” (Stabroek News September 28, 2020). It was indeed a very unfortunate experience. We do not condone such actions by any of our team members and humbly apologise. We can confirm that since the complaint was received, actions were taken to ensure there is no repeat occurrence.
We have built our image for the last 25 years as one of the leading medical laboratories in the Caribbean and hold fast to our Mission, Vision and Core Values. We value our customers and again apologise for the inconvenience caused to Ms. Haniff and any other individual/s who have been adversely affected by this unprofessional behaviour.
We thank you for your continued support as we continue to work toward providing the best possible service to our valued customers. In the meantime, the doctor in question is no longer a part of our organisation.
