ONE month after the body of 51-year-old Clint Gravesande was found at D’Urban Park, Lodge with multiple stab wounds, an arrest is yet to be made.
On Friday, August 14, 2020, Gravesande, who regularly slept on one of the stands at D’Urban Park, was discovered lying motionless in a pool of blood.
He was picked up and taken to the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC), where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Though Gravesande had chosen to live on the streets, he still kept in close contact with his family, and was last seen alive the night before his lifeless body was discovered.
His family remains hopeful that one day there will be closure.
This has moved them to offer a substantial reward in an effort to solicit information that can help find those responsible for taking Gravesande’s life.
Persons with any information are asked to contact the nearest Police Station, or the family on 646-7270. All information provided will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
