Reports are that the national recount of the votes cast at the March 2, 2020 regional and general elections is expected to commence on Wednesday.

The Guyana Chronicle understands that the Order  for the commencement of the recount is expected to to be gazzetted tomorrow.

Chair of the Guyana Elections Commission, Retired Justice Claudette Singh, is also expected to make a decision on the live streaming of the recount tomorrow.
