PATRICK Dundas, of South, Vryheid’s Lust, East Coast Demerara, on Friday, February 21, 2020, appeared before Magistrate Leron Daly at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court on three criminal charges.

The first charge alleged that, on February 10, 2020 at Durban Backlands, Georgetown, Dundas assaulted Melanie Martin to cause actual bodily harm.

The second charge alleged that, on February 17, 2020, at Nelson Street, Mandela Avenue, Georgetown, Dundas made a threat to Tricia Harris saying he was going to shoot her.
The third charge alleged that, on February 17, 2020, at Nelson Street, Mandela Avenue, Georgetown, Dundas used abusive language to Tricia Harris.

Patrick Dundas denied all charges, pleading not guilty.
Magistrate Leron Daly, placed Dundas on a total of $45,000 bail and transferred the matters to Court, 8 and 9 for Thursday, March 5, 2020.
