POLICE are seeking the whereabouts of Steven Archibald, 18, as investigations continue into the murder of Kyle Chase, who was stabbed to death on December 30, 2019, at Guyhoc Park, Georgetown.

Archibald last known address is Lot 136 Victoria Street, Albouystown, Georgetown.
Chase, 23, of South Ruimveldt, Georgetown, was at a female friend’s house playing cards with his cousin, Trevon Chase.

Police said that two males, one being the ex-boyfriend of the female, turned up at the house and became enraged upon seeing the two cousins there.
An argument subsequently ensued and a scuffle erupted among the men, during which the suspect allegedly stabbed Chase several times with a sharp object.
Chase collapsed and was rushed to the Davis Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

On January 6, 2020, a 22-year-Guyana Water Inc. (GWI) employee was remanded to prison for the murder.
Nigel Thomas, of James and Victoria Street, Albouystown, appeared before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan and was not required to plead to the capital offence.
