MAGISTRATE Sherdel Isaac-Marcus, on Monday, December 23, 2019, granted $30,000 bail to a 49-year-old vendor accused of wounding a man.
Gary Morris appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court and denied the charge, when it was read to him.

Particulars of the charge stated that, on November 29, 2019, at Orange Walk, Bourda, he unlawfully and maliciously wounded Navendra Kumar.

Facts were not presented in court and no objection was made to Morris being granted bail.
Magistrate Isaac-Marcus released Morris on $30,000 bail and adjourned the matter until January 6, 2020.
