AMBASSADOR of the Russian Federation to Guyana, Alexander Kurmaz, last Friday, visited Banks DIH Limited Thirst Park, Corporate Head Office where he discussed opportunities of mutual benefit.

The visit was facilitated by Chairman/Managing Director of Banks DIH, Clifford B. Reis, C.C.H.

Ambassador Kurmaz was accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Kurmaz and Third Secretary of the Embassy of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Kornilov.
Following a working lunch attended by the company’s Operations Director, Michael Pereira; Human Resources Director, Andrew Carto and Engineering Services Director, Shabir Hussain, the visiting delegation was taken on a guided tour.
They visited the Rum Factory and Soft Drink Plant, escorted by Reis and Plant Executives Gregory Garraway and Wendell Ellis.
