TREVOR Gasper, age 18, also known as Brandon Gasper, appeared before Magistrate Sunil Scarce on Wednesday April 24, 2019 at the Providence Magistrates’ Court, charged with simple larceny.

Gasper is accused of committing the offence on Sunday, April 21, 2019 at the Providence National Stadium during a show.

The court was told that on the day in question, Gasper stole from Sonia Sankar a Samsung cellphone, the value of which is $148,000.

Gasper was remanded pending sentencing, when a probation report is produced.
He will attend court again on May 10th 2019.
