It’S time for the weekend again, people… and the Mash focus continues as we wind down several activities. Action in the varying Mashramani competition comes to a close this weekend with the finals in the Carib Soca Monarch, Banks Calypso Monarch and Chutney Song Competition at varying locations across the country.

There’s a few other Mash-themed events and some of these involve the `Duck Curry’ Competition, plus Pulse is continuing with their 10th anniversary celebrations. So don’t stay cooped up at home.

Today
Tonight the hottest event around town will no doubt be the Banks Adult Calypso Finals at the National Park from 8pm. Come and see the 11 finalists compete for the $1 million grand prize. Will reigning champion Onika Joseph retain her title? Will another newcomer take the crown? Or will a veteran return to prominence? Find out tonight.
