The website aims to make it easier than ever to find candidates to suit niche skills or even sway candidates who might not be actively job searching.

Job seekers can even reach out directly to employers, create online profiles to attract recruiters and apply for jobs with the click of a button.

The virtual job market has been created by managing director and results-based management specialist of Nexus GDN Jobs, Sharissa Barrow.

In an exclusive interview with the Guyana Chronicle, she explained that the website utilises the best in-class technology to increase the effectiveness and reduce the cost and time of recruitment.

The managing director explained that Nexus GDN Jobs was created to offer a modern platform for visibility to employers and job seekers alike.

“Job seekers can create a profile, be found by employers, and apply for jobs in Guyana, the US, UK, Canada and the Caribbean. Employers can market themselves as good employers, find candidates, and engage with job seekers in a clear, easy and affordable process.
