POLICE are hunting a suspect after he fled a house recently at First Street, Paradise Housing Scheme, East Coast Demerara, where a raid was carried out and several items were seized.
Reports indicate that police seized one brush cutter, an air gun, one generator, speakers and equalisers, cellphones, electronic tablets, one television, water pumps and other electrical items.
One resident said a man ran out the house before police got into the house.
It was noted that the building is owned by an overseas-based Guyanese. Efforts were being made to contact the proprietor to verify if anyone was assigned as a caretaker or how the items reached into the home as investigations continue.
