GANESH’s Parts & General Store has thrown its support behind the Kennard Memorial Turf Club (KMTC) Boxing Day horse race meet.
The company which, over the years supported the club, has come on board once again with proprietor Roop Persaud handing over a cheque worth $200,000 to President of the KMTC, Cecil Kennard, yesterday at the business entity’s Robb Street location. The money will help offset the ‘L’ Open event.
In a brief comment, Persaud said what a pleasure it was to be associated with the Kennard Memorial Turf Club again.
Kennard thanked the sponsors for coming forward and said that he would love to see the working relationship between the two parties continue.
