Dead: Victor Roberts

Reports are that the couple frequently had fights. On the day in question, there was another round of argument and the woman picked up a knife and stabbed the 38-year-old Roberts who ran out of the yard and collapsed on the roadway. An alarm was raised, the police were summoned and they took the man to the hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

During a visit to the crime scene, the police returned with the female suspect as she walked investigators through the paces of what actually took place that led to the stabbing incident. This is not the first time that the woman inflicted a stab wound on the man, based on the information, this newspaper received. According to a relative who spoke with this newspaper some time ago, the woman and the man had an argument and she had stabbed him in the lower abdomen; this resulted in him being hospitalised for a prolonged period. However, after he became well and was able to leave the hospital, he opted not to give any evidence against the woman and the matter was struck out.
