THE police are currently on the hunt for four men, who are fingered in the murder of an alleged drug addict, known only as ‘Buckman’, and who was stabbed and killed late on Saturday night.

According to a police report, the victim about age 45, of no fixed place of abode, succumbed to his injuries whilst receiving medical attention at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC). The incident occurred about 23:00h at Leopold and Lombard Streets, Georgetown.

It is alleged that the victim was stabbed multiple times by the four suspects because he and others reportedly stopped buying drugs from them. The police investigation continues.
