A YOUNG gospel recording artiste from Berbice is using his talent to bless and inspire others to be positive examples and contributors to the growth and development of Guyana.
Twenty-nine-year-old Loiden Henry is a prominent worship leader in Berbice who is heading the second “Tehillah worship experience conference and concert” 2018 Berbice edition along with DEWCENTER and Christian Charismatic International Ministry.

The event is set for tomorrow at Ramphal Street, Williamsburg Corentyne and will be hosted by Pastor Rajin Dipoo and Henry. The morning session will commence at 09:00hrs and from 18:00hrs the concert will begin with a line-up of some of those most talented gospel performers from Regions Four and Six.

This conference is aimed at helping church worshippers perform smoothly and help others connect with God.
“We will be breaking down the whole aspect of worship from the musician, song choice, the role of the backup singer, body language, and posture when you’re worshiping…so it’s basically targeting worship leaders, musicians or anybody that has to do with the composition of these two ministries,” Henry told The Buzz.

Last year the event was held in collaboration with international gospel recording artiste Samuel Medas. “We have musicians that play too loud or off key and singers/worshippers that do the same and sometimes they choose songs that are bigger than them and then there is lack of practice, lack of preparation,” he said. “So we want to bring these persons together and give them the practical demonstration that will empower them to go back to their churches and transform their ministries.”

Henry dispelled the notion that living a godly life is boring.
“They say young people are supposed to be living up their life and having fun but we do, [just] not in a way that it harms our character or our body because our body is the temple of God and whatever we do or speak about should reflect that so it’s my choice, I choose to live this life,” Henry said.
Tickets for both events cost $1,000.
