PLEASE refer to a letter captioned “Something does not smell right at City Hall,” which appeared in the Wednesday, July 19 2017, edition of your newspaper. We thank Mr. Clinton Conway, Assistant Commissioner of Police (Rtd) for bringing this very sensitive issue to our attention. Indeed, observations such as these would help us to see our operations through the lens of our most valued citizens and allow us the opportunity to improve our service delivery.
We would like to assure citizens that we are taking the necessary steps to improve the system related to the refunding of bail money.
