THE nine-member interim body, which was set up to run the affairs of the Guyana Horse Racing Authority (GHRA), met recently and finalised the racing dates for the remainder of the year.
According to information received, dates for the eleven races, including the 2018 New Year’s Day race meet, were confirmed.
Four racing stables were identified, with Rising Sun Turf Club (RSTC) set to host four races. The other three racing stables are the Kennard’s Memorial Turf Club (KMTC), Sky Plus (Nand Persaud), and Budhan’s Memorial Turf Club (BMTC).
