POLICE in ‘E’ Division arrested and charged Devon DeFrietas C/D Swallow, 25, unemployed of 1161 Smith Shortcut, Amelia’s Ward, Linden with Robbery under arms committed on Stephan Archer and Jonella Archer of Friday April 7, 2017.
The accused appeared before Her Worship Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan at the Georgetown Magistrates Court 1 on Thursday, pleaded not guilty to the charge and was remanded until April 26, 2017. The case has been transferred to the Linden Magistrates Court.
