REPUBLIC Bank Guyana Limited has added new features to its ‘Deal on Wheels’ Christmas Promotion. During a promotion launch at the Giftland Mall at Turkeyen on Saturday, Marketing and Communications Manager Michelle Johnson said persons will be able to access car loans and have an extra year to make the repayment.
The event brought together approximately 25 auto industry stakeholders including the Guyana Police Force, Guyana Revenue Authority, automobile dealers and insurance companies with the aim of educating the general public on what they need to know about automobile ownership.
Visitors had the opportunity to obtain key information on every aspect of owning a motor vehicle, obtaining a driver’s licence, financing, purchase and accessorising, registration and insurance coverage. Vehicles for both retail and small business use were also on show to allow the public and potential buyers to view and inspect.
