PRESIDENT of the Guyana Football Federation Wayne Forde, who was part of an observer mission to the FIFA elections, yesterday offered his congratulations to newly elected boss Gianni Infantino.In an invited comment, the GFF boss said, “It was a historic day for FIFA and I am very happy to have been a part of it. The reforms have been adopted, the elections are over, President Infantino has to now change the culture of FIFA and he can only do it by setting the right example.
“Development programmes must now be detached from personal relationships which have been the practice in the past,” continued the GFF boss.
