The suspect in the murder a Brazilian national here was arrested last Friday at Kaikan, Region Seven (Cuyuni/Mazaruni) police have confirmed.In a statement, the lawmen said that during investigations into the murder of Brazilian national Jose Oliveira Silva, 62, and following information received, the police arrested the prime suspect at Kaikan on Friday December 11, 2015. He is in police custody assisting with the investigations. The body of Jose Oliveira Silva was found at Arau, Wenamu River, with marks of violence on December 05, 2015.
