A TWELVE-member jury was yesterday empanelled in the High Court before Justice Jo-Ann Barlow in the murder trial of Rudolph Moonsammy,which occurred on June 7, 2010. According to the indictment, it is alleged that Patrick Anthony Balgobin murdered Rudolph Moonsammy.The State Prosecutor is Diana Kaulesar in association with Tuanna Hardy, while the accused is being represented by attorney-at-law Maxwell McKay.

The trial begins today at 09:00 hrs before presiding Justice Jo-Ann Barlow in Court 7 and it is expected to last five days,during which several witnesses will testify.
