PAUL Marciano of Burnham Drive, Linden was on Friday released on $50,000 bail by City Magistrate Fabayo Azore on simple larceny charge.Marciano denied that on November 13 at Lot 20 Buck Hall, Wismar Linden, he stole from Jessie Waldron a quantity of clothing, a microwave, two Jordon sneakers and jewelry to the value of $155,000.
The 41-year-old was granted bail after the police prosecutor Simone Payne, made no objection to the granting of bail. Magistrate Azore adjourned the matter until December 7, when it will be called before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan.
