ALL roads lead next Saturday to Hits and Jams Water World for the eagerly anticipated “Chutney on the Beach”, brought to you by ANSA McAL, under the Carib Beer Brand.Patrons can expect performances from a line-up of energetic artistes who will undoubtedly “mash up” the place.
These include former international chutney monarch, Kris Persad, also called “KI”; Chutney singing sensation, Sally Sagram; the versatile Rick Ramotar; the lead singer for the Beemerz Band, Anil Bheem; and Guyana’s own Romeo Nermal, also known as “Mystic”.
The party is also set to feature several deejays that will add their own particular flavour to the event. These include Deejays Chyle, Blingerz and others. This is the first event of its kind at the HJ Water World.
Gates open at 10:00hrs, but the action actually commences at 12:00hrs with access to all the water activities, and the best in drinks and food.
The actual performances get underway at sundown. Tickets cost $2000, and will go on sale next Friday at Nigel’s Supermarket, M&M (Harbour Bridge), Hits and Jams office, and at the venue. This is definitely one you do not want to miss.
