Chase heads Guyana Futsal Association

HENRY Chase was last evening elected president of the Guyana Futsal Association. Chase secured seven of the eight votes to win against Otis James. Kenrick Noel will serve as first vice-president, second vice-president is Mark Younge and Andrew Major is the treasurer. Rawle Adams was voted in as secretary.
Guyana Football Federation (GFF) Normalisation Committee Chairman Clinton Urling believes that the newly elected body has a huge task ahead to bring the format of Futsal to an organised state.
Urling pledged the GFF’s support in helping the recently named elected association off the ground.
Noel, in the absence of Chase, said that the Futsal Association and its executive will be eager to work together to help develop and expand the game.
