Foreign Minister Carl Greenidge and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov today signed a visa waiver agreement that will allow Guyanese to travel to Russia for tourism and business and stay for six months without needing a visa and vice versa. The agreement was signed at the United Nations headquarters in New York.
