Guyana, Suriname strengthen bonds

Inauguration Ceremony. The two Presidents used the opportunity to reaffirm their commitment to closer ties. They also identified a number of areas for closer cooperation and pledged to continue to build on the existing and long-standing ties between the two countries.
President Granger was accompanied to the meeting by Vice President and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Carl Greenidge and Guyana’s Ambassador to Suriname, Keith George. (GINA)
