FIFTY-eight-year-old Ganganan Dhanraj of Anna Regina new housing scheme, who was struck down by  an alleged drunk driver last Friday while walking on the left side of the road in the Anna Regina Housing Scheme, died on Tuesday at the Georgetown Public hospital.

Reports said that the driver was taken into custody but was later released. An investigation is in progress.
