Jewellery fashion tips for women –from Renaissance Gems

ONCE you’re dressed in your pants-suit, jeans and blouse, or even your little black dress, you can’t forget the finishing touches. Jewellery is an important part of fashion, and should not be neglected, even if all you put on is a gold band on your thumb. There are a few jewellery fashion tips to keep in mind when finishing off your look. Bracelets
Any time you wear what can be considered a blouse, especially one with short sleeves or three-quarter sleeves, you should wear a bracelet on one of your arms. If you are going for a casual look, especially with jeans, try silver or gold bracelets with fine crystals or pearls. For an edgy look, such as with an asymmetrical dress, try a metal-coloured bracelet. For a formal or upscale look, stick with an elegant and simple, crystal tennis bracelet, or a mesh bracelet made of our precious crystals. Avoid wearing bracelets on both wrists, as that can overwhelm your look.Jewels
Necklaces
The necklace that you wear will depend mostly on the neckline of your blouse or dress. If you’re wearing a V-neck or scoop-neck top, go with a drop necklace with a charm at the end. Wear a precious gem, crystal or rhinestone charm with both formal and casual wear. Choker necklaces look nice with strapless dresses that expose the chest and spaghetti -strap styles.
Earrings
Details are everything. Even the smallest detail, like a crystal stud, could be the perfect accessory to complete your outfit. There are three main types of earrings that are popular for women in fashion — hoops, drop- earrings and studs.
Hoop earrings should be worn with casual wear, though you can feel free to wear small hoops (the width of a finger) with formal outfits — especially when the hoops are studded with Swarovski crystals. Drop earrings are generally extravagant or artistic. They are meant to be admired and commented upon. Put on a pair of drop earrings when you have a special occasion — an event in which you will surely be “seen.” Most styles of drop- earrings go nicely with formal gowns (you see these frequently at red-carpet events), dressy pant- suits and jeans, when you are wearing a head-turning blouse.
Rings
Select rings according to the size and shape of your finger.
Long fingers can handle almost any style of ring. However, oval or round settings soften the look of overly thin fingers, and wider bands are more flattering than thin ones.
If your fingers are short, measure the area between the knuckle on your hand and the first joint of your finger. Make sure the setting and stone don’t extend past the knuckle.
As well as being uncomfortable, rings that cover the knuckles tend to make fingers look shorter. Narrow bands are definitely a better choice for short fingers!

Less is more
Do not overdo your jewellery when accessorizing. Depending on the styles you choose, there are situations where just one interesting piece of jewellery, like a colourful rhinestone bracelet or a pair of chandelier earrings, will be enough for the whole outfit.
One of the rare acceptable situations when you could wear a necklace, earrings, and a bracelet, is when you have a simple drop-crystal charm necklace, stud earrings and a tennis bracelet.

Swarovski crystals – beautiful crystal jewellery
Wearing Swarovski crystals is a true demonstration of style, and the incomparable crystal purity is what mainly draws women to them. Crystal jewellery has been used as adornment since a couple of centuries ago, and Swarovski crystals do not make any exception. The popularity of these crystal beads comes as no surprise; quality jewellery is something everybody wants to have, and what every fashion movement includes. Beauty is not a thing that can be gained. Every person is beautiful in his/her own way, but it depends solely on us to enhance our personal qualities. Finding a unique style and wearing the proper accessories are very important.
