CHIEF Justice, Mr. Ian Chang, S.C., last Friday granted eleven petitioners bail in the sum of $5.4M pending the hearing of their cases.Following is a list of the offences, the names of the petitioners and the amount of bail granted to each of them.
Possession of Narcotics: Ricardo Cato – $400,000; Donette Conway – $350,000; Carlton Ryon – $200, 000; Elaine Kingston – $50,000; Zaniah Mohammed – $1,200,000; and Damalis Claslie – $800,000; Assault: Suraj Latchman – $800,000;
Causing death by dangerous driving: Balgobin Persaud – $1,000,000;
Robbery under arms: Andrew Fields – $250,000;
Break and enter: Andrew Fields – $150,000; and
Escape from lawful custody: Charles Olliville – $200,000
