Interview with the King
Bombshell sat down for brief interview with the new king and Charles explained that while everyone wants to win in any competitive venture he was ‘comfortable in his skin’, and brought his ‘A GAME’ to the forum. Charles explained that throughout the contest he developed a strategy of competing with himself, which actually meant pushing himself far beyond his limits.
Charles explained that since he was already a naturally competitive individual he did not see the others as threats, but used them all as motivation to work even harder.
The twenty eight years-old Taurus born noted that with the stigma attached to male pageants in Guyana, the pageant was an effective forum to bring positive awareness about the functions and importance of men in today’s society.
He explained that his platform on school drop out was an excellent choice since he was a victim who still hopes to use his reign to bring hope to others.
Charles will use his new reign as a forum to educated youths and hopes to move on to the Ivan Ailey Dance Company in USA so that he can return and share his talent and knowledge with youths in Guyana.
He advises his peers to “Live the life you love and love the life you live, and never stop dreaming…”
