A CONSTRUCTION worker who was facing three counts of abusive language yesterday was bonded to be of good behaviour pending the outcome of the matters. Quincy Barnwell, who appeared before City Magistrate Ann McLennan, pleaded not guilty to all three charges and he has to return to court on September 2 before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry.
The first charge alleged that on Friday, August 1 at Houston, East Bank Demerara, he made use of abusive language to Keisha Washington, where a breach of the peace may be occasioned.
The other charge said that on Thursday, July 31 at Houston, East Bank Demerara, he made use of abusive language to Elizabeth Johnson.
Lastly, it is also alleged that on the same day at Houston, East Bank Demerara, he made use of abusive language to Christian Prince.
