POLICE are investigating the murder of Davanand Daniels, 37, of Moblissa, Soesdyke/Linden Highway, which allegedly occurred in his home community at about 16:45 hrs on May 22 when another man struck him to his head with a piece of wood during an argument.

He succumbed while receiving medical treatment at the Mackenzie Hospital.

Police yesterday said the suspect is still at large.
