MEMBERS of the Guyana Labour Union (GLU) at City Hall have been advised by their union not to obey instructions from Royston King posing as Town Clerk, but from Town Clerk Carol Sooba.This advice to GLU members in the City Council’s employ comes as King is operating illegally as Town Clerk, usurping the functions of Town Clerk Sooba.
Yesterday Carol Sooba said she is fearful for her life, as she feels threatened since receiving warnings that she is being targeted by criminal elements.
