PHAGWAH 2014 was undeniably tons of fun and frolicking as Guyanese across the country came together, breaking the barriers of ethnicities, status and age.The splendour of the colours added a tangible something to the atmosphere almost everywhere you found people enjoying the day’s festivities.
Many went to their respective mandirs, some celebrated in their communities, while others travelled up to the Guyana National Stadium, Providence, East Bank Demerara, and the Everest Ground, Georgetown, among other places to join friends and loved ones in the fun.
All in all, fun was had by all.
