TWO 14-year-old lads of Edinburgh Village, East Bank of Berbice appeared before New Amsterdam Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus charged with breaking and entering the dwelling house of fellow villager Sarwan Singh.

Singh had allegedly secured his home before going out, and had returned to notice a window open and the boys running away from his premises.

The teens, respectively current students of the Tutorial Academy Secondary School and the School of the Nations, were each ordered to post $30,000 bail before being released into the custody of their mothers.
The case is fixed for hearing on May 3.
