Brazilian knew his attackers-police source
THE police are looking for two of three men who invaded a Brazilian-owned business in Mahdia killing Brazilian national Danderlei Kienen late on Wednesday afternoon. One of the three suspects have since been arrested.

Speaking with the Guyana Chronicle yesterday a police source who wish to remain unnamed stated that the businessman might not have been killed by persons who forced their way into his business place but rather reopened his business to someone he knew.
It was related that at the time the robbery and murder occurred, usually the business would have already been closed. The police source indicated that the only way someone could been able to carry out the act is if they were given access to the premises and from all indications, access was given to the property by the now dead Brazilian to a person or persons he was familiar with.
On Wednesday evening three men armed with knives pounced on the 46 -year old Brazilian who they robbed and in the process murdered at 111 -Mile Mahdia. The man was stabbed to death based on information released to the media by the Guyana Police Force.
Yesterday the body of the murdered man was flown out of the area by an aircraft which is used mainly for humanitarian missions into the interior locations of Guyana. The body arrived at the Ogle Airport at approximately 15:05 hrs on aircraft piloted by Captain Charles and accompanied by another senior operative of the company operated by the deceased Brazilian.
Those who are responsible for the murder and robbery of the man are said to have carted off millions in cash and a quantity of gold.
This newspaper yesterday visited the office of the man on Regent and Light Streets which was locked even as a hand written signed advised the customers that the business was closed and will resume operations today.
A post-mortem is expected to be performed on the body today as the police continue their investigations into the matter.
