THE International SIGFA Health Organisation (ISHO) was on the Essequibo Coast last weekend teaching health classes at Zorg/Golden Fleece Vedic Mandir, Airy Hall Mandir compound, New Road Vedic Mandir and Cotton Field Vedic Mandir.

This exercise being taught in the health classes, called the Psycho Neurobic exercise by Dr. Chandra Shekhar of India, was conducted by Mr. Vishnu Bandhu.
Essequibians were told about the tremendous health and other benefits that can be derived from this relatively simple exercise, one which heals and cures people from all diseases.
Bandhu reportedly told those who attended the classes that “each one of you is your own doctor” and “your health is in your own hands”.
He pointed out that all they have to do is follow the instructions of the various exercises. “It will prevent those who do not have any diseases from getting diseases and it will cure those who have diseases for a number of years if they follow these Psycho Neurobics exercises,” Bandhu posited.
According to him, within three to six months, as long as they do the exercise the correct way, they will be able to cure themselves from all diseases.
He also cautioned persons to “watch the kind of food” that they are eating because it is the food that they eat that cause them to be sick. “You must eat healthy food,” Bandhu declared.
He told the Essequibians that this is the “best exercise in the whole world” because it involves a combination of physical, yoga, gym, meditation, spirituality and God.
“So, to put it in a nut shell, it is science and God,” the prominent West Coast businessman said.
He encouraged everyone to do this exercise at least once a day as it will help them not only to cure the disease of the body but it will also open their intellect and make them think more positive.
“This exercise is not designed for only sick people. It is also designed for the youngest to the oldest…by doing this exercise, you will be opening your intellect, empowering your body, purifying your body…you will feel joyful, you will be a loving and peaceful person,” Bandhu said.
“I encourage all to follow Psycho Neurobic exercise. We have books and DVD on sale for all these exercises,” he said.
