IT was reported that heavily armed ranks keeping watch over the Georgetown Prisons after inmates again lit a fire and began shouting as they continued to protest the allegedly deplorable conditions they were being kept in.Why are they shouting about deplorable conditions in the lock ups when they keep returning there? Do they expect five-star treatment? Convicts must be made to understand that its hard-working taxpayers that foot the bills so they can eat and drink with shelter over their heads

If they want five-star treatment then be law abiding like most citizens are and work for an honest living as most do. Once you commit a crime then you do the time and be content with what you get and when you get out stay out. Once life is like next to impossible in prison for convicts they will think a million times over before committing a crime again. Any prison unrest must be put down brutally because some of these convicts already told themselves they have nothing to lose.
