HEAD of the Presidential Secretariat, Dr. Roger Luncheon, on Wednesday, reported that Cabinet at its November 5 statutory meeting offered its ‘no objection’ to five contracts, three of which are for road rehabilitation and construction in Region 4. 
At the post-Cabinet media briefing at Office of the President, Dr. Luncheon listed the approved contracts, which are as follows:
