A MAN of seemingly unsound mind, who appeared before Magistrate Fabayo Azore on charges of threatening language and exposing his genital parts, has been ordered to have a psychiatric evaluation. 

Eusi Duesbury, gave his address as Lot 2929 South Ruimveldt Park, when he pleaded not guilty to the charges, particulars of which said, on Sunday, October 20 in South Ruimveldt, Georgetown, he made use of threatening language to Shanali Singh and exposed his genitals for the virtual complainant to see and raise an alarm.
Police Sergeant Ramsahoye Rambajue, prosecuting, told the Court that the virtual complainant and the defendant are known to each other and the latter is in the habit of going into the woman’s yard. But, when he was rebuked for doing so, he became annoyed and exposed his genitals to her.
He also threatened to disfigure her face with acid, the Prosecutor said.
When asked his age by Magistrate Azore, Duesbury replied that he is about 41, 42 or 43 years old.
He also claimed that he buys and sells gold.
However, after he is examined by a psychiatrist, Duesbury will make his next appearance before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry on November 7.
Before departing the courtroom Duesbury enquired of the magistrate: “Finish with me big girl?”
