FORTY-FOUR-YEAR-OLD Mohan Ramcharan, of Lot 483 Good Hope, was granted $10,000 bail on an assault charge at Cove and John Court last Wednesday.

Before Magistrate Shundell Lovell, it was alleged that Ramcharan, on Tuesday, October 22, at Good Hope, unlawfully assaulted his son-in-law, Gavin Bagwandin, so as to cause him actual bodily harm.
However, the defendant pleaded not guilty to the offence and the magistrate adjourned the case to November 21, for report at Vigilance Court.
