During the early morning hours of September 23, 2006, a group of young men were playing dominoes at the Victoria Four Corner, ECD, and Ray Walcott, called ‘Sugar’, and his bother Carl Andrews, called ‘Alo’, were watching the game when Cyon Collier, aka ‘Picture Boy’, rode up on a bicycle with a big gun slung across his back. He had friendly conversation with the men, and then shot the two brothers.
Police investigations resulted in ‘Picture Boy’ being arrested and charged with murder.
