The singer said he signed the payment contract with the company in 2011 after he gave them permission to sell two of his songs, ‘Wonder in the Dark’ and ‘Kick him out’, on CD and Digital.

According to the singer, he signed the contract with the understanding that when the CDs were sold he would  be paid. However, Mr. Darrel said the company has failed to pay him although hundreds of CDs with his songs were sold.
The singer also said that several times he made contact with the company concerning his payment but up to now he has not even received a dollar for his songs. He said the songs were recorded at Cross Culture Studio on Duncan Street, Georgetown.
