Rondy Jagdeo wanted for allegedly killing biker

THE Guyana Police Force yesterday issued a wanted bulletin for 28-year-old businessman Rondy Jagdeo in connection with last week’s brutal gunning down of popular biker Kirk Davis.

altDavis was killed outside his Eccles Housing Scheme home on September 3. An autopsy subsequently revealed that he had been shot multiple times.
According to the police description of the wanted man,  he is a Guyanese of East Indian descent whose last known address is Lot 159 Third Street Alexander Village, Georgetown. The suspect is said to be stout in built and fair in complexion.
The Guyana Police Force is asking anyone with information about the whereabouts of the man to contact the nearest police station or call telephone numbers 225-6411, 225-2227, 226-7065, 227-1149, 911.
The force is assuring the general public that all information will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
Since the death of the biker there have been several calls for the police to act swiftly in bringing his killer to justice. The police, it was noted, were given the name of the shooter the very night the incident occurred.
The issuing of the Wanted Bulletin now, suggests that the police would have since visited the home of the man in search for him and came up empty handed.

On Sunday evening, the Commissioner of Police Mr Leroy Brumell, while meeting with picketers in front of the Brickdam Police Station, announced that Rondy Jagdeo is the name of the suspect that killed the biker.
