THE names of the female volleyball players that are vying for places to represent Guyana at this year’s Inter-Guianas Games in Suriname from Oct.16 to 20 have been released by coach Trevor Smith after practice sessions at the National Gymnasium over the past weekend.

The players are:- Jana Gabriella Edghill, Natasha Candace Skeete, Allana Bose, Nicolette Harlequin, Krystal Sukra, Gabreal Chalmers, Shana Yan, Kerri Yan and Malika Jarvis, all from Demerara and Tamala Felix, Kathleen Andrea Victor, Shenne, Suezette Subrattie, Vashti Pooran, Taniesah Cort and Darshanie Pooran from Berbice.
According to coach Smith the players will be involved in regular practice sessions during the upcoming week.
