A forty-two-year-old man of 192 Roxanne Burnham Gardens, Georgetown, was placed on $40,000 bail yesterday when he appeared before Magistrate Faith McGusty charged with unlawful wounding.

Terry Samson pleaded not guilty to the offence that said on Monday, August 19 at Roxanne Burnham Gardens he unlawfully and maliciously wounded Bryan Donette.
Police Corporal Seon Blackman, prosecuting, had no objections to bail but indicated that there is a medical report for the complainant.
Attorney-at-law Mr. Dexter Todd, representing the defendant, indicated that the virtual complainant was present in court and not hospitalised and therefore he requested reasonable bail for his client.
Bail was granted and the matter adjourned until September 2.
