POLICE have a man in custody, assisting with investigations into the murder of miner Wreford Williams, 25, of Kamarang.

Williams, on Thursday about 17:00 hrs, was involved in an argument with another man, at 10 Miles, Port Kaituma, also in the North West District, during which he was struck with a piece of metal.
 He was pronounced dead on arrival at the Port Kaituma Hospital.
