ONCE again, Kid’s Closet is poised to jumpstart another big entertainment venture, and this time around, it is dubbed ‘Fun World 2013’ and geared at providing healthy fun and classic entertainment for kids around Guyana.

‘Fun World 2013’ will be staged over two days, and the mission behind the initiative is to leave Guyana’s children  with a smile on their happy faces. ‘Fun World 2013’ is slated for July 24 and 25, 2013, and will be staged at the YMCA grounds on Thomas Lands, here in the city.
This event is mainly for children of any age.
Promoters promise to provide a safe, fun-filled and hassle free entertainment experience for kids, in which environment they will be encouraged to relax and enjoy through fun learning games and initiatives. Promoters feel that this event will also fill the gap of fun learning for kids which is not available in many areas in Guyana.
‘Fun World 2013’ is billed to be an annual event and will showcase this time around, ‘Adventure Fun World’ for the males. Our little lasses will be able to enjoy the thrills of ‘Fairy Land for Girls’. Also on the platter will be two mini movies, pony rides, a go-cart concert, printing of cartoon characters on T-Shirts, and other activities.
And of course, there will be booths showcasing souvenirs for children.
While the event commences at 11:00 hrs and concludes at 22:00 hrs on both days, it is open to children of all ages. Admission fee has been set at $1000, but a chip valued $500 will be given to each paying entrant and can be used to make purchases up to that amount.
For other purchases to be possible children will have to buy chips amounting to the cash they spend.
‘Fun World 2013’ is the perfect entertainment zone for families, as such they are urged to come out in their numbers.
