THE Caribbean’s most popular crossover band, ‘Karma’, is coming our way once again, and this time around will be joined by Antiguan Superstar, Mongstar!

This year’s regional concert just got a whole lot spicier with our hottest new additions to the already commendable lineup of Konshens, Busy Signal, Burning Flames and Timeka Marshall.
The chutney band out of Trinidad is known to set the pace with its heart-throbbing, flag-waving performances. Lead singers, brother and sister duo, Ravi B and Nisha B, are undoubtedly high-energy entertainers made popular by such hits as ‘Tu Jaan Se’, Heer, and ‘Khabi Alvida Na Kehna’. Karma is also recognized for performing covers of the biggest Soca, Dancehall, Chutney and Filmi hits.
In addition to this skillful group of performers, patrons attending the Jamzone Regional Concert will get the opportunity to see, live in concert for the first time in Guyana, Marley ‘Mongstar’ James!
Back in 2010, this artiste won the inaugural Piton Soca Starz competition, and one year later, he released ‘Glo Ko Ko’, which, in 2012, was featured on Don’s Collector 4, alongside Bunji Garlin and Machel Montano; the only regional artistes on the Paris-produced compilation. This versatile artiste is also known for his rendition of songs like ‘Kiki’, ‘Nationality’, and ‘I’ve been waiting’.
